Santa Paws 2009:Stray Animal Adoption Program Donation DriveHow to save a life this holiday season. During the holiday extend a hand to a needy paw (pet). Glenway Animal Hospital is joining forces with a local non-profit, volunteer based organization that rescues animals and finds them loving homes: The Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP). The mission at Glenway Animal Hospital is to speak for the animals, and we are talking to you and asking for your help this holiday season. Every effort is appreciated and makes a difference in the quality of life for a homeless pet’s life. Donating new or gently used items can make a world a difference. “Every small effort makes a huge difference.” says Michele Mescher from Glenway Animal Hospital. Items that are needed by SAAP include dog/puppy or cat/kitten food, cat litter, collars, leashes, feeding bowls, toys, bedding, grooming supplies and treats. These items can be dropped off at Glenway Animal Hospital at 6272 Glenway Avenue starting December 1st until January 8th. Please call for hours of operation to drop off donations. If you have any further questions, or for hours of operation, please call Glenway Animal Hospital at 513-662-0224 or visit our website at www.glenwayanimalhospital.com. U-CAN Fundraiser 2009:U-CAN's mission is to reduce the pet population by providing an effective, accessible and affordable spay/neuter option.
